Exchange & Return:

Client is required to notify us about the reason within 3 days from receiving the shipment, otherwise it is deemed that the product was received in a good condition.

• Exchanges only allowed if an item is defective or incorrect measurements.

Adjustment policy:

• If the customer incorrectly takes the measurements, we can adjust for free, and the delivery fee is paid by the customer which is 3 BHD.
• If the error arises from our side concerning measurements or design, we will provide the adjustment free of charge and cover the associated delivery fee.

Shipping & Delivery:

• The total amount is to be paid at the time of order placement. We kindly request that you verify the accuracy of all entered measurements prior to submitting your order.
• The preparation period ranges from 10 to 14 working days; however, some items may require additional time.
• Shipping to the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region generally takes between 5 to 7 days.
• WH Fashion Line shall not be held liable for delays in delivery resulting from an incorrect address provided by the customer.
